  • What are your business hours?

    6am to Midnight 7 days a week, 365 days a year! Due to Covid 19 this is subject local government guidelines.

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept cash and all major credit cards via contactless in our vehicles.

  • Im a wheelchair user and im wondering if you will help me in and out of your vehicle?

    Of course! All drivers are experienced in transporting wheelchair users.

  • If i need a taxi now can i just order one or do i need to book in advance?

    For local short journeys its possible to book a taxi straight away (subject to availability). Longer journeys such as airport transfers are going to need to be booked in advance to guarantee the service. Last minute airport transfers are possible but all depending on a driver being available.

  • Can you provide a manual wheelchair

    Yes we can! (subject to availability)

  • Can we pick up and drop off outside of the Bedfordshire area?

    Yes we can (provided the journey is prebooked)

  • Can you transport electric wheelchairs and scooters ?

    Yes! within 30 inches width can fit in our vehcles.
